Free Shipping on Loomfinity Orders

We offer free shipping for Loomfinity orders within the United States. We look forward to offering international options as we grow. Loomfinity will select the carrier and shipping method based on your location and order. 

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders ship within 6 weeks. You'll receive an estimated shipping date after purchase, and tracking details will be provided as soon as your order ships. Once in transit, delivery typically takes 4–14 business days.

Freight Deliveries & Signatures

A signature may be required for delivery. For freight shipments, such as loom deliveries, you agree to be available for the scheduled delivery or to pick up the item from the nearest freight hub if needed. Additional fees from the carrier for missed appointments or storage will be the responsibility of the customer.

Tailgate Delivery – What to Expect

Looms are delivered via "tailgate" service, which means they will be unloaded at street level. The driver is not required to assist in lifting or moving your item. Please plan to have a dolly, cart, or extra help on hand to move the loom to its final location.
